The Olympus AS-57 Web System Configuration Program (SCP) tool is designed for medium to large organizations that was to manage their ODMS software in a workgroup environment.

This administrator software provides a wide variety of features centrally manage and configure ODMS deployment via a web browser. It streamlines user management processes so you can manage user and group profiles in large numbers. ODMS workflow and device settings can be locked so that organizations can implement a standard workflow for their dictation environment, and updating firmware and software can easily be controlled by the administrators.

Olympus Web SCP tracks the use of the Dictation and Transcription Module across the workgroup system. It also allows the IT Administrator to update the license simply by entering a new key, making it quick and easy to add more users to an ODMS environment without affecting the entire system.

Virtual environments are supported for Citrix (Citrix Presentation Server 4.5, XenApp 5/6/6.5/7/7.6, and XenDesktop 4/5/5.6/7/7.6) Windows terminal server (MS Windows Server 2003/2008/20012 with separate RDS[TS] CAL license, Windows Server 2008/20012 RemoteApp (with separate RDS CAL license), and VMware (VMware View 4.5/5, Horizon View 5.2/5.3, Horizon View 6)
