ODMS Administration CD contains all of the tools required to install, customize, and manage an ODMS environment in Workgroup mode. The software is supplied separately and is a required component of an ODMS Workgroup mode environment.

Network Console software was easy to setup and management of the recorders settings and files was consolidated.

Drill down and manage all devices from a console, it doesn’t get much easier than this admin software for Olympus recorders and transcribes. Our ratio is 4 dictation users to one transcriptionist, this means files have to be allocated and distributed in balance to prevent a back log in one work pool. To keep the system running in tip top production we added the admin software to give us one app to control the dictation traffic. In comparison to what we used to spend on transcription, the Olympus products cost a fraction of our Dictaphone transcribers and the end product is faster and cleaner documents.
