I have implemented the Philips recorders for many years. We had the philips 9450 – 9400 – 9500 for more than seven years. when units started to fail we were forced to look at the new models. The good: changed in the display system where we track files, battery life and can switch between files and folders. The navigation is optimal. The bad: the software is not the higher end software we had before. We had to buy the updated software outside of the recorder to complete the network distribution functions. Philips should make a change to the software in the package contents.
