Our old dictaphones broke so we finally decided to go digital. We are very happy with the Philips recorders and software. Everyone is able to transcribe faster and use the technology with little training.

We have been adding more and more Philips technology to our practice, we are very pleased with the apps, configuration settings and the support services. The recorders are solid, the phone apps are great for our iPhone users. We haven’t tried the Speech Mikes, but maybe that will happen this year.
